In a short succinct 57 pages, Dr. Berkel addresses a very complex medical crisis regarding Long COVID. In it, he gives detailed medical facts getting to the core problem along with immediately encouraging the reader on page 9 to take the bold steps required to start the healing process stating “The Answer is in Your Hand.”
All aspects of one’s life that has been affected by Long COVID, as well as encouraging steps to take in each area (metabolic, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) are addressed.
While it is written more towards those with a medical background, there is valuable information that a layperson can benefit from.
